Description of changes:
For iOS, the user is now guided to use the SPM for installing the Amplify dependencies, completely replacing the CocoaPods steps. Images were added to a new assets folder to illustrate these steps as each step takes place directly in Xcode
⚠️ This change should not be merged to the main branch until SPM support is GA
