TERMS OF USE
These terms govern your use of Xtraktr, developed and published by Kilo Loco LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
// LICENSE
Kilo Loco LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Xtraktr for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
// SUBSCRIPTIONS
Xtraktr offers a free tier and an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Xtraktr Pro") with additional features. Subscription details:
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
- A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand
- No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies
// ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems connected to the app
- Use the app in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the service
// YOUR CONTENT
You retain full ownership of all voice input and conversation content you create in Xtraktr. By using the app, you do not grant Kilo Loco LLC any rights to your content. Your content is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.
// DISCLAIMERS
Xtraktr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The app will be available at all times or free from errors
- AI-generated follow-up questions will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
- Speech recognition transcriptions will be error-free
AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. Do not rely on them as professional advice.
// LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kilo Loco LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Xtraktr. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months prior to the claim.
// GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
// CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
